Video 5: Summary and Conclusion for the Rotator Cuff group of tendons

Summary and Conclusions of the Rotator Cuff Group of Muscles talks.

In Conclusion I give I hope a REASONABLY quick summary of things I talked about in the previous 4 videos.

How for most problems with the shoulder Osteopathy, Acupuncture, or indeed both can both be helpful in helping these all too common problems.

That not all problems can be helped with simple treatment and that on occasion Steroidal injections or surgery if there is impingement may be required to help a person recover as quickly as possible.

Clearly surgery is a more convoluted process with the arm out of action for a period of up to 6 weeks. So my advice if your shoulder problem is amenable to Osteopathy and Acupuncture it is simpler, less painful and more cost effective!
